          RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

          The CONSUMER shall have the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of this Distance Sales Agreement signed with the SELLER without giving any justification and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal starts on the date in which the contract is established in the contracts for service performance; In the contracts related to the delivery of goods, the right of withdrawal starts on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the goods. In determining the right of withdrawal;

          • a) delivery date of the last good in the goods which are subject of a single order but separately delivered to the consumer or 3rd party assigned by the consumer
          • b) delivery date of the last piece in multi-piece goods to the consumer or 3rd party assigned by the consumer
          • c) delivery date of the first good in cases where a regular delivery of goods takes place in a specified amount of time to the consumer or 3rd party assigned by the consumer shall be considered.

          You can make your withdrawal as follows;

          • First type of withdrawal; You can request a refund within 14 days from the delivery date of the product to your address.
          • Products that are unsuitable for refund (In terms of health and hygiene - packaging, tapes, seals, and packages with opened protective elements after delivery) cannot be returned.
          • The product you want to return; the shipping fee will be buyers’ responsibility. You can choose the cargo company whatever you want, however you must send the products Hepsiburada Operation Center in Turkey. Your products must be undamaged and unused to acceptable.

          • In this return process, there is not operational responsibility for Hepsiburada until delivered to HB
          • If you send the cargo tracking code to Hepsiburada, we can follow the return orders.
          • If your return request is approved, the product price will be paid to your credit card / bank account within 5 – 15 workdays.
          • The time it takes for your transactions to reflect on your account may vary depending on your bank.
          • The payment to be made is only the product price and will not include shipping, customs and other tax charges.
          • Second type of withdrawal; The product is damaged, missing, different, etc. return requests that may occur due to; If you believe, the product is damaged, missing, different, etc. you must contact us within 14 days of delivery of the product to your address.

          The consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal in the following agreements:

          • a) Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER or the supplier.
          • b) Contracts relating to goods which are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
          • c) Contracts for the delivery of goods which can be deteriorate or expire rapidly
          • ç) Contracts for the supply of goods with protective elements such as wrapping, band, seal and package, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
          • d) Contracts relating to goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
          • e) Contracts relating to the supply of books, digital content and consumable computer materials with protective elements such as wrapping, band, seal and package which were unsealed after delivery,
          • f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals, such as newspapers and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
          • g) Contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, car rental services, catering- drinking services related to leisure activities for the purpose of entertainment or relaxation if the contract provides for a specific date or period
          • i) Contracted services immediately performed in electronic environment or on intangible assets immediately delivered to the consumer
          • h) Contracts with respect to services whose performance starts with consumer’s approval before the end of the time period for the right of withdrawal
          • j) Products that are unsuitable for refund (In terms of health and hygiene - packaging, tapes, seals, and packages with opened protective elements after delivery) cannot be returned.
